What is BCAA?
Branched-chain amino acids, also know as BCAAs, consist of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine, which are widely regarded as the most important amino acids for athletes. They account for 33% of muscle protein which is one of the reasons why so many athletes supplement with them and why scientists are continually evaluating their role in exercise.

Made in a factory which handles cereals (such as oats, wheat and barley), egg (dried egg albumen), products of fish and crustaceans (such as chondroitin sulphate and krill oil). Although no nuts are in the recipe of this product we cannot guarantee that this product or the ingredients used within it are free from nuts.
Ingredients
In a two-piece gelatin* capsule: L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine, microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, magnesium stearate, pyrodoxine hydrochloride.
Take six capsules 30-40 minutes before training, and another six capsules immediately after training.
