Muscle Bomb® is a formulation that comes directly from a wealth of scientific research. By utilizing these studies, each of the key seven ingredients have been incorporated to match these proven real life effective dosages. There are two variants, caffeinated (Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women, (50-100 mg per 100 ml) as well as decaffeinated.
In terms of dosages, each 30g double serving contains the following;

Important: Due to the highly potent and stimulating effects of MUSCLE BOMB® we recommend that you assess your tolerance before using it as part of your training regime.
To assess tolerance: Mix 15 g (approximately one heaped 25 ml measure) with 300 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach. Wait 30 minutes to assess your tolerance. If appropriate, consume another 15 g serving and assess your tolerance again. Do not take a third serving.
On training days: Mix 15-30 g (approximately one to two heaped 25 ml measures) with 300-400 ml of water in a shaker or blender and consume on an empty stomach 30-40 minutes before your workout.
Warnings: This product is a food supplement and should be used in conjunction with food as part of a healthy balanced diet, not as a substitute for such. Use as part of a healthy and active lifestyle. This product is not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of young children. Do not exceed the stated daily dose. This product may produce a mild tingling sensation in the face and upper torso, this is normal and is associated with beta alanine consumption and can last up to 30 minutes. Consult a medical practitioner if the sensation continues for longer, or other undesired effects are encountered. Not recommended for children or pregnant or breast-feeding women. Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
