WHEN TO TAKE MICRONIZED CREATINE

The ingredients use to formulate this product are not sport banned substance. Professional athletes should refer to the USN website for more information on prohibited substance in sport. 
Keep this product in a cool dray place away from children.

Creatine Loading: For the first 5 days of use, take ±1 teaspoon 4 to 5 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.

ƒƒCreatine Level Maintenance: After 5 consecutive days of loading, take ±1 teaspoon 1 to 2 times daily with 250ml of your favourite protein/carbohydrate drink or grape juice.

ƒƒDuring loading and maintenance, one of the servings should be taken before and/or after training. 
IMPORTANT: Remember to have at least 8-12 glasses of water per day.

Note that the beneficial effects of creatine will only be obtained with a daily intake of at least 3g creatine, and when combined with high intensity exercise
