Initial single serving dosage: mix half scoop (11.6g0 with 150 to 250 ml of cold water and stir or shake.
Maximum performance dosage: those who have previously used pre-workout formulas and want the most dramatic results, mix 1 level scoop (23,2g) with 300 to 500 ml of cold water and stir or shake.
Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day. Consume .50 calibre® approximately 30 min before training . powder must be kept in inner bag and sealed between uses.
