BCAA Instant Power from Guru series is a product supplementing the diet with Branched Chain Amino Acids (BCAA) containing: L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine in the ratio of 2:1:1. It contains sweetener from the stevia plant (Stevia). Recommended daily use : portion of 11 g (2 flat scoops – measuring cup included in the package, for precise measure we recommend to use scale) dissolve in 300 ml of water and drink 1-2 times a day at any time (preferably before, during or after training).
