Vitamin C, thiamine, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and biotin contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism. Biotin contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism. Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, vitamin B12, vitamin A, vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C, vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin C, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, folate contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function.
